Ingredients
- 4 peppers, halved and cores eradicated
- 200g minced pork
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 50g bulgur wheat
- 250ml vegetable inventory
- ½ limited bunch parsley, chopped
- 4 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt, to serve

STEP 1
Put the peppers, reduce-facet down, on a plate and microwave on Excessive for 4 mins till cooked by (nonetheless not so soft they collapse). If they need longer, microwave for 1 min more and repeat till accomplished.

Put the pork in a wintry frying pan and flip on the warmth. Fry, breaking up any lumps, till it starts to brown. Dash within the garlic and spices for 1 min, then add the bulgur and inventory. Duvet and simmer for 10 mins till the bulgur is soft.

Heat the grill. Dash half of the parsley into the bulgur, then stuff into the peppers on a baking tray. Grill to crisp, sprinkle over most of the parsley, then serve with the yogurt blended with final parsley.
