Ingredients

  • 4 peppers, halved and cores eradicated
  • 200g minced pork
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 50g bulgur wheat
  • 250ml vegetable inventory
  • ½ limited bunch parsley, chopped
  • 4 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt, to serve

Manner

  • STEP 1
