Nonstick vegetable oil spray

pounds unpeeled russet potatoes or pink potatoes, scrubbed, decrease lengthwise into 1/2-to-1/3-hotfoot wedges

tablespoons canola oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray perfect rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Toss potato wedges with canola oil in perfect bowl. Sprinkle potato wedges generously with salt and pepper; spread in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Roast potato wedges till gentle and brown in spots, turning infrequently, about forty five minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and wait on.
