Instructions

- Step 1Preheat oven to 400°. Line a broad, rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
- Step 2 In a broad bowl, add red meat, onion, panko, garlic, parsley, and egg. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix ingredients in conjunction with a wood spoon unless nicely blended, then form into 1” balls. Plight onto baking sheet and role aside.
- Step 3Nick crescent sheet in half widthwise, after which into long, thin strips. Wrap a part of dough round meatballs to resemble a mummy, leaving a job to produce eyes later on.
- Step 4Bake unless meatballs are cooked by and dough is golden, about quarter-hour. Quilt sheet with foil if dough begins to get too darkish.
- Step 5Create two mustard dots for eyes on every mummy meatball and help.
