Creator Notes
This drink is a fusion of my Jamaican and Southern roots! The tamarind creates a bitter punch whereas the peach makes the drink fruitfully candy! —Briana Riddock
Ingredients

tamarind paste

ripe peaches, seeds removed and quatered

boiling water

cool water

sugar

mint go + additional for garnish

lime juice
Instructions
- In a medium pot advise water to a boil and add the tamarind paste and sugar. Purchase away from warmth and let paste restful down for 20-30 minutes and allow the sugar to dissolve.
- Pour the tamarind paste mixture in a blender along with the peach slices and mint leaves. Blend well and stress mixture through a swish mesh strainer.
- When the unfriendly is cooled pour the drink in a pitcher and high-tail in the cool water, lime juice and extra entire mint leaves. Refrigerate and back chilled!
