Tip: To ranking your individual easy syrup: Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring continually to dissolve the sugar. Let cool for half-hour after which refrigerate till chilly, at least 1 hour. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
