A healthy fruit drink
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 10 dried apricots
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 6 oz. raspberries
- 6 oz. blueberries
Instructions
- Add the sugar to the water in a neat pan
- Deliver to a boil, stirring unless the sugar dissolves
- Add apricots and apple
- Simmer for Quarter-hour
- Add berries
- Return to boil and take from warmth
- Cool
