Substances
Kiwifruit and mint frappe
- 4 (340g) medium kiwifruits, peeled, chopped coarsely
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup (60ml) apple juice
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped recent mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded recent mint
Technique
Kiwifruit and mint frappe

Mix or route of kiwifruit, ice, juice, chopped mint and sugar unless calm.
