Kale And Cannellini Bean Soup

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 10-ounce equipment chopped kale
  • 1 32-ounce container natural vegetable broth
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 15-ounce can natural cannellini beans
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon shadowy pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 pinch of cayenne
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
  1. In a huge soup pot, saute garlic and kale at medium warmth for roughly 5 minutes. Add vegetable broth, water, beans, salt and spices. Lift to a boil, add quinoa and simmer for simmer 20 minutes
