Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 shrimp onion, chopped
  • 1 inexperienced bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 shrimp leek, sliced ¼” thick

  • Juice of 1 lemon
