This recipe for curried pork and chickpeas brings me abet to my childhood and my mom’s Sunday supers. Within the stress cooker it factual takes half the time!

Instructions
- Warmth oil in stress cooker over medium high warmth. Once sizzling add meat, curry powder, and ginger, turning every once in some time till brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk, chickpeas, salt (and water to quilt if making on same outdated pot). Mix smartly, making sure to find any bits that will also own caught while meat turned into once cooking.
