Boeuf Bourginon
Ingredients:
- 900 g chuck steak decrease into 3cm cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g streaky bacon, sliced
- 1 tall carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 tall onion, peeled and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp terrifying flour
- 500 ml crimson wine
- 300 ml pork stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Sea salt and ground dim pepper
- 18 pearl onions or itsy-bitsy shallots, peeled
- 300 g button mushrooms, wiped and left complete
- Appropriate handful of flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped, to wait on
