This recipe is from a household tradition of Applewood BBQ. Diversifications of woods will be predisposed when BBQing but Applewood is the handiest…Lawful prick and rapid-witted some pieces of Apple Wooden from a tree…my uncle also would exercise dried apple skins..space them for your coals and let sit whereas the burgers cook dinner… This also makes huge tasting mushroom kabobs… —Pearl Viola Renfroe
Ingredients

egg white, frivolously beaten

dry sour dough bread crumbs

green onions, chopped

organic lean ground red meat

garlic clove, minced

Contemporary Ginger Root
1/2 cup
brown sugar
1/2 cup
soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons
olive oil (The darker the fairway the upper)
Instructions

::To produce the Teriyaki sauce, mix the garlic, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl.::
- ::Mix the Teriyaki sauce with the red meat.::
- ::Shape the red meat combination into 4 patties and Cook dinner with Apple Wooden Smoke till completed::
- Garnish as desired. I exercise Pineapple rings that I soaked in Ginger Root tea and add a butter lettuce with heirloom tomatoes.
