  • 1 pack maifun brown rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 3 cloves unusual garlic, beaten
  • 3/4 pound tenderloin, flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 complete leek, diagonally sliced
  • 1 cup shiitake or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shiitake soy ginger sauce, equivalent to annie chun’s
  1. Cook dinner rice noodles as directed, drain successfully then toss with sesame oil and keep aside
  2. Preheat wok or ride fry pan over high warmth
  3. Add peanut oil (or canola oil) and garlic, and cook lawful till fragrant
  4. Add meat and cook for roughly 1-2 minutes
  5. Then add leek, mushrooms and bell pepper and cook till greens are gentle, about 3-4 minutes
  6. Trek in teriyaki sauce and cooked noodles. Mix totally till heated by (about 1-2 minutes)
  7. Drizzle Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce over noodle mixture
