8-10 pieces of fresh king prawns
3 tablespoons of olive oil
salt and ground pepper to taste
1. Wash and clean shrimp, cut off the antennae and rostrum on the shrimp’s head.
2. Using a sharp knife, make a slit on the back, open up and devein.
3. Season with salt and pepper and then brush with olive oil.
4. Grill over hot coals until cooked or the color turns bright orange.
5. Serve with dipping sauce.
